Box Office Hours
- Monday–Friday, 10 am to 4 pm, phone, or in person at our office
- Concert days: tickets are available at the venue for sale and at Will-Call one hour before each concert
- Tickets available 24/7 online at sfpromusica.org
Ticket Fees
- A processing fee of $2 is charged on each ticket purchased through Pro Musica.
- A Lensic Preservation Fee is added, per ticket, to all performances at the Lensic
No Refunds
- This applies to all ticket purchases.
- All programs, artists, venues, prices, and fees are subject to change.
Concert and Event Cancellations
- If a concert or event is cancelled we will accept your tickets as a contribution, exchange for another concert, or issue a refund.
Ticket Exchanges
- Exchanges must take place at least 48 hours before the scheduled concert.
- When an exchange is made for a lower-priced ticket, a credit will be added to your account, usable during the current season to purchase additional tickets.
- Credits are not transferable and must be used by the end of the current season.
Unable to attend?
- Life happens. You can donate your ticket(s) to Pro Musica and receive an acknowledgement letter for tax deduction purposes.
Third Party Ticket Purchases
- To avoid ticketing scams, please purchase your tickets through Pro Musica’s box office, website, or the Lensic’s Community Box Office.
- Third Party vendors and other sources are not authorized to sell Pro Musica tickets. Pro Musica and the Lensic cannot guarantee validity, refund, or otherwise be responsible for tickets purchased through them.
Late Seating
- Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager
- Those who need to exit the concert during the performance will be reseated at the discretion of the House Manager.
Concert Attendee Conduct
- The use of cameras, recording devices, and cell phones is prohibited during the performance.
- Please respect your fellow audience members and refrain from talking during the performance.
